WSOP online events

This year the WSOP is making history with a trio of online-exclusive events at WSOP.com compared to just a singe online poker event in previous years. They carry buy-ins of $333, $1,000 and $3,333 and you can qualify for all three each Sunday at 7:00 p.m. PT via a $100 satellite event.

Colossus III

The Colossus event is the biggest-field event at the WSOP, with the two previous incarnations of the tournament being the two largest live poker tournaments ever held. The events drew 22,374 entries in 2015 and 21,613 last year.

A buy-in of just $565 means that thousands of players enter and re-enter the event. Last year, Uber driver and poker pro Benjamin Keeline won $1 million from his $565 entry. You can qualify to this event each Sunday at 17:45 for just $10.

WSOP opening weekend

The WSOP kicks off its 2017 run with the Casino Employees’ Event. The first weekend of the tournament follows, boasting both the likely record-breaking Colossus III event and the lowest-ever bracelet event buy-in, a $333 online event. You can qualify to both of these for just $30 each Sunday at 4:45 p.m. PT.

$1,000 WSOP events

The WSOP has several $1,000 events, which are generally the most affordable and common buy-in events in the series.

They’re even more affordable when you qualify online, though – you can win your seat for just $10 in tournaments taking place each Sunday at 6:45 p.m. PT.
