The NFL released the schedules for the Las Vegas Raiders and the entire league this month. This should be the grand debut for fans to attend Raiders games in person for the first time since Allegiant Stadium opened in 2020.
The first Raiders game fans will be able to attend this season at home will be during the preseason against the Seattle Seahawks. The date of this game hasn’t been announced but it’s the only home preseason game on the schedule this year.
Raiders open the season on Monday Night Football
Happy Hours all over the state should be rocking when the Raiders kick off the 2021 season. The Raiders’ first home game will give the team a chance to showcase Allegiant Stadium. Nevada’s only NFL team will play its season opener at home on Monday Night Football on Sept. 13 at 5:15 pm.
The Raiders will take on former NFL MVP Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens on opening night. Odds for the first regular-season game started appearing on Nevada sports betting apps as soon as the games were announced. BetMGM odds on the game opened with the Raiders as +5.5 underdogs against the Ravens.
The market moved quickly to bet on the Raiders. The point spread for the Raiders moved to +4 in less than one day. Interestingly, the Raiders are +4.5 against the Ravens at BetMGM sportsbooks outside of Nevada.

The NFL schedule is different this year. There are only three preseason games instead of four. Only one game will take place in Las Vegas.

This year the NFL regular season has an additional game. The Raiders and the rest of the league will play 17 regular-season games for the first time.

Raiders preseason betting odds
The Raiders are 4-point underdogs and +200 on the moneyline against the Ravens. The over/under total for the game is currently 51.

Las Vegas hotel prices spike this fall
Las Vegas hotel rooms have been relatively inexpensive for the past year due to the lack of tourists visiting. Throw that out the door. Prices are already rising and will be at a fever pitch come football season.
Las Vegas hotel room prices this fall appear to be back to 2019 pre-COVID prices. However, prices are spiking at properties up and down the Vegas Strip every weekend the Raiders play at Allegiant Stadium. Prices could be even higher at the casino hotels closest to where the games will be played.
Delano (at Mandalay Bay) is the closest hotel to Allegiant Stadium. Hotel room prices for the nights of Raiders’ first two home games spiked to $369 and $479 plus a $39 resort fee and taxes. Sorry Eagles fans, the room rate at Delano for the Oct. 24 game is a whopping $804!
Las Vegas room prices are usually low from Sunday through Thursday. For comparison, the room prices are less expensive the week between the first two regular-season home games.
Mandalay Bay is slightly less expensive than Delano. The neighboring Luxor hotel also has slightly lower during the same period. Prices are high, but less expensive, at hotels farther away from Allegiant Stadium.
Allegiant Stadium party
The atmosphere on the south end of the Vegas Strip should be like a big party now that fans are expected at all Raiders home games. The first season was a bit of a dud with nobody able to watch the games in person.
MGM Resorts is ready to turn up the fun on game day. There will be a walk to the stadium similar to the March to T-Mobile Arena before the Vegas Golden Knights hockey games.
Not all of the Raiders partying will take place outside of the stadium. This week, Wynn Resorts revealed plans for Wynn Field Club at Allegiant Stadium. This nightlife experience for Raiders home games will be unlike any other football stadium.
Wynn Field Club is at field level. The big party space spans the entire length of the north end zone.
In true Vegas nightlife fashion, this section will have booths, bottle service, and DJs. There will also be 42 televisions, a 9′ x 35′ LED screen and a 45,000-watt sound system.
