Circa Sports Contests Come Down To Final Day Of NFL Season

 

The total prize pool for the annual Circa Sports pro football contests of 2022 was increased to a total of $12 million. Both contests were not decided until the final week of the NFL season.

The winner of the Circa Sports Millions contest had to wait until the final game of the season between the Detroit Lions and the Green Bay Packers concluded to celebrate their victory. The Circa Survivor contest ended earlier on Sunday, following the win of the Seattle Seahawks.

The prize pool for the Circa Sports Million this season has risen from $4 million to $6 million. Winning the contest at the season’s end will earn the grand prize of $1 million along with the Circa Sports blue blazer.

The Circa Survivor contest offered a grand prize of $6 million once again, with a total of $6 million in available prizes. However, no winner qualified for an additional $1 million bonus on the Circa Sports Nevada sports betting app.

Circa Survivor is a survivor-style competition that requires players to select one winner each week, with an entry fee of $1,000. Unlike most survivor contests that typically span 18 weeks, Circa Survivor’s unique twist is that it lasts for 20 weeks.

The Texans came from behind and clinched the win with a late touchdown and a two-point conversion.

Although technically the grand prize will be divided between Brown A and Jed, it seems that The Enemy Within will also receive a portion of the cash for their contributions.

Mike Barth, also known as The Enemy Within, informed VSiN that they were well-hedged, so there was no cause for concern. He further revealed to VSiN that the three finalists came to a partial agreement, allowing them to publicly state that a deal was made, while keeping the specifics confidential due to a non-disclosure agreement.

Circa Sports offered an extra $1 million prize to any contestant who didn’t use the Los Angeles Rams and Cincinnati Bengals. However, both winners used at least one of these teams during the year, making them ineligible for the additional money.

The Circa Sports Million is a classic pro football betting competition where participants select five teams weekly against a fixed point spread. Prizes are awarded quarterly throughout the season.

This season, the contest, which costs $1,000 per entry, garnered a record 4,691 entries. A whopping $1 million is the grand prize for the participant with the best record at the end of the contest.

The resolution of Circa Sports Millions didn’t occur until the last game of the NFL regular season. Going into the Lions vs. Packers game on Sunday night, the entries named CHIEF-3 and Enut34-1 were in a tie for first place.

Both participants made a choice for each side of this game. CHIEF-3 selected the Lions with an advantage of +4.5, while Enut34-1 opted for the Packers with a -4.5 deficit.

The Lions’ fourth-quarter touchdown that secured their game win also propelled CHIEF-3 to victory in the Circa Sports Million contest, earning them $1 million.

As expected, the CHIEF-3 contingent present at Circa Resort celebrated when the game concluded.
