An all-ages arcade replaces Bally's sportsbook at the new Horseshoe casino Las Vegas

The Bally’s sportsbook shut down soon after March Madness. This week, Caesars disclosed that it would be substituted by an all-ages arcade in line with the property’s transformation.

Caesars announced earlier this year that Bally’s will be rebranded as Horseshoe Las Vegas. The renovation project is being carried out in stages, with the property staying open throughout.

Sports bettors in Nevada will soon have a new gambling spot when the property transforms into Horseshoe Las Vegas. A fresh Caesars Sportsbook ticket counter will be inaugurated in a newly allocated area later this year.

The Arcade at Horseshoe Las Vegas

The Horseshoe Las Vegas Arcade is set to open in fall 2022. The arcade will be located in a 7,000-square-foot area in the property’s basement, close to the food court.

The sportsbook desperately needed a makeover. The fresh concept will revitalize its dull decor.

The interior of the arcade, designed by Aria Group, draws inspiration from “urban nights.” The space is set to showcase a variety of vibrant artwork and bright neon lights.

Horseshoe Las Vegas’s new experience will feature over 80 games, ranging from arcade classics to the most recent releases.

“We are thrilled to present distinctive experiences that will connect with our guests at Horseshoe,” expressed Jason Gregorec, Senior Vice President and General Manager of the property. “The Arcade will be a hospitable space for all age groups, paving the way for a more diverse audience.”

Caesars plans to revamp the bar that was formerly located outside the sportsbook, retaining a beloved feature from the sportsbook. The new venue will be accessible to all ages, while still maintaining this popular element.

Caesars sportsbook changes on the Vegas Strip

Caesars is experiencing a bit of a change by replacing the Bally’s sportsbook with the Arcade at Horseshoe Las Vegas.

The company has been gradually updating its sportsbooks in Las Vegas. Earlier in the year, new carpeting, seats, and a viewing option were introduced as part of a refresh of the Caesars Palace sportsbook.

Caesars recently reopened a renovated Harrah’s sportsbook. The updated venue at Harrah’s now features a new, casual seating area designed like a living room.

The sportsbook at Harrah’s has also enhanced its viewing experience with over 760 square feet of new LED TV walls. It now features six new odds boards, space for six in-person betting windows, and a pair of self-service kiosks.

The Paris Las Vegas sportsbook is presently undergoing renovations. Specifics about the modifications haven’t been disclosed yet. It wouldn’t be shocking to see seating and viewing enhancements similar to those now present at Harrah’s.

Earlier this year, Caesars restructured one of its sportsbooks. The company simplified the sportsbook area at The Linq, transforming it from a space with individual “living room”-style Fan Caves to a standard sports bar featuring a betting desk.
