Two industry powerhouses in hospitality and gaming have decided to merge two top-notch loyalty rewards programs.
On June 5, Wyndham Worldwide, a hotelier from New Jersey, and Caesars Entertainment, a casino company based in Nevada, announced a partnership agreement. This agreement will unite the award-winning customer loyalty programs of both companies, Wyndham Rewards and Total Rewards.
Once finalized, this partnership is expected to offer substantial value to over 50 million members of the two loyalty programs worldwide.
Immediate status match for Wyndham and Total Rewards members
Members of either program can instantly enjoy a status match on the other. This implies that a customer’s Wyndham Rewards member level will be matched to the equivalent level in Total Rewards, and the reverse is also true. In essence, status plays a crucial role in these programs, offering increased rewards, benefits, and earning potential.
By the end of summer 2017, the companies are pledging that members will be able to earn and use Wyndham Rewards points at Caesars Entertainment locations in North America, and the other way around. Additionally, they expect that members will be able to move points between the two programs by that time.
Moreover, further benefits include the capacity to reserve Total Rewards destinations throughout the United States and Canada via Wyndham Hotel Group and Wyndham Rewards channels. In addition, members of both programs will shortly have the opportunity to compete for unique hotel, restaurant, and entertainment experiences through the other program.
Caesars always looking for quality partners
“Noah Brodsky, Senior Vice President of Loyalty and Engagement at Wyndham Hotel Group, stated that for the past two years, they’ve been tirelessly working on developing the best rewards program in the world. Their precise focus has been on enabling their members to experience travel according to their preferences,”
No other program offers members the breadth, simplicity, or generosity of Wyndham Rewards, whether the accommodation is a hotel, condo, vacation home, or even a world-class resort like Caesars Palace.
Executives at Caesars Entertainment stated that they are consistently seeking quality partners and they believe they have discovered one in Wyndham.
“Total Rewards consistently leads the way in gaming and entertainment loyalty, and we’re always in search of partners who share our vision to enhance member benefits,” stated Michael Marino, Senior Vice President and Chief Experience Officer at Caesars Entertainment.
Through Wyndham Rewards, our members gain access to an unmatched collection of hotels, condos, and homes. Additionally, they get a quick way to achieve an elevated status in one of the world’s leading rewards programs.
