Las Vegas Raiders Home Games

This month, the NFL unveiled the schedules for the Las Vegas Raiders and the whole league. This is expected to be the grand premiere for fans to watch Raiders games live at Allegiant Stadium for the first time since its opening in 2020.

The first home game for Raiders fans to attend this season will be a preseason match against the Seattle Seahawks. Although the date for this game is yet to be announced, it is the only home preseason game scheduled for this year.

Raiders open the season on Monday Night Football

Bars across the state should be buzzing during Happy Hours when the Raiders kick off their 2021 season. Their first home game at Allegiant Stadium allows the team to show off their home turf. Nevada’s sole NFL team will launch their season opener at home during Monday Night Football. This game is set to happen on September 13, at 5:15 pm.

The Raiders are set to face off against former NFL MVP Lamar Jackson and his team, the Baltimore Ravens, on the opening night. As soon as the games were announced, Nevada sports betting apps began showcasing odds for the first regular-season game. The Raiders were seen as +5.5 underdogs against the Ravens in the opening odds on BetMGM.

The betting market rapidly shifted in favor of the Raiders. Within less than a day, the point spread for the Raiders increased to +4. Notably, at BetMGM sportsbooks located outside Nevada, the Raiders have a +4.5 point spread against the Ravens.

  • AFC winning odds: +4,000

Las Vegas hotel prices spike this fall

Hotel rooms in Las Vegas have been fairly cheap over the last year due to a decrease in tourist traffic. However, that’s about to change. Prices are beginning to climb and are expected to hit a high during the football season.

Hotel room rates in Las Vegas this fall seem to have returned to the pre-COVID prices of 2019. However, prices are experiencing surges at establishments throughout the Vegas Strip every weekend the Raiders have a game at Allegiant Stadium. The rates could potentially escalate even more at casino hotels in close proximity to the game locations.

The Delano hotel at Mandalay Bay is the nearest accommodation to Allegiant Stadium. Room rates for the initial two home games of the Raiders saw a surge to $369 and $479, in addition to a $39 resort fee and taxes. Unfortunately for Eagles fans, the room cost at Delano for the game on October 24 is a staggering $804!

Room prices in Las Vegas are typically lower from Sunday to Thursday. In comparison, the week between the first two regular-season home games sees even lower room prices.

Mandalay Bay is somewhat cheaper than Delano. The nearby Luxor hotel also offers slightly reduced rates during the same period. Hotels situated further away from Allegiant Stadium also present high prices, however, they are less expensive.

Allegiant Stadium party

With fans anticipated at all Raiders home games, the south end of the Vegas Strip should now have a lively party atmosphere. The first season was somewhat lackluster as no one was able to attend the games in person.

MGM Resorts is all set to enhance the excitement on game day. A walk to the stadium, akin to the ‘March to T-Mobile Arena’ before the Vegas Golden Knights hockey matches, is planned.

Wynn Resorts has unveiled plans for a unique nightlife experience to be held at Allegiant Stadium during Raiders home games, called Wynn Field Club. As such, it’s clear that not all of the Raiders’ festivities will be happening outside the stadium. The experience promises to be unlike anything offered at any other football stadium.

The Wynn Field Club is situated at field level and the large party area extends across the whole length of the north end zone.

This section, embodying the authentic Vegas nightlife, will feature booths, bottle service, and DJs. Additionally, it will be equipped with 42 televisions, a large 9′ x 35′ LED screen, and a high-powered 45,000-watt sound system.

Tourists are perpetually in pursuit of an experience that screams “Only in Vegas”. Well, here you have it!
