Bally's Sportsbook Becomes The Arcade At Horseshoe Las Vegas

Shortly after March Madness, the sportsbook at Bally’s was shut down. This week, it was announced by Caesars that the sportsbook would be replaced by an all-ages arcade, as part of the ongoing transformation of the property.

Caesars declared earlier this year that Bally’s will be rebranded as Horseshoe Las Vegas. The refurbishment process is being carried out in stages while the property continues to operate.

Sports bettors in Nevada will gain a new gambling destination when the property is transformed into Horseshoe Las Vegas. A fresh Caesars Sportsbook ticket counter is set to open in a new area later this year.

The Arcade at Horseshoe Las Vegas

The Arcade at Horseshoe Las Vegas is set to open in fall 2022. It will be located in a 7,000-square-foot area in the property’s basement, close to the food court.

The sportsbook was urgently requiring a revamp. The new concept will modernize the dull decor.

The arcade interior, inspired by “urban nights,” is designed by Aria Group. It will showcase a variety of colorful artwork and bright neon lights.

The new experience at Horseshoe Las Vegas will provide over 80 games, ranging from arcade classics to the most recent releases.

Jason Gregorec, SVP and General Manager of Horseshoe, expressed his excitement about introducing unique experiences that will appeal to their guests. He added that the Arcade would be accessible to all ages, thereby attracting a wider audience.

Caesars plans to update the bar that was formerly located just outside the sportsbook, thus retaining a popular feature from it. The new venue is set to be open to all ages.

Caesars sportsbook changes on the Vegas Strip

Caesars is experiencing a bit of a change by replacing the Bally’s sportsbook with the Arcade at Horseshoe Las Vegas.

The company has been gradually improving its sportsbooks in Las Vegas. Earlier in the year, the sportsbook at Caesars Palace received an upgrade, which included new carpeting, seating, and a fresh viewing option.

Caesars recently re-opened an upgraded sportsbook at Harrah’s. The renovated venue now features a more casual, living room-style seating area.

The sportsbook at Harrah’s has also been improved, now offering over 760 square feet of new LED TV walls for viewing. In addition, six new odds boards have been installed, there is capacity for six in-person betting windows, and two self-serve kiosks have been added.

The Paris Las Vegas sportsbook is currently under renovation. Specific changes have not been disclosed yet. It’s expected that there may be enhancements to the seating and viewing options, similar to the upgrades seen at Harrah’s.

Earlier this year, Caesars reduced one of its sportsbooks, specifically at The Linq. The company transformed the sportsbook, which originally featured individual “living room”-style spaces known as Fan Caves, into a traditional sports bar with a betting desk.
